Contact details are voluntary; without them the report is anonymous. There is no disclosure to third parties. Retention of three years after the evaluation is concluded is envisaged; earlier deletion on request. To prevent automated submissions, the time at which the page was opened is evaluated; no IP address is stored permanently for this purpose.
